With this site, the clients required the frontage attending to. The key aspects which needed addressing were; existing steps to the front door were too steep for their elderly relatives to negate; Currently there is not enough space on the drive for the three cars they own; The existing drive is beyond repair and; The drive is dangerously dark at night.
Taking the above into consideration, I created a design that would remedy all of the problems and create a superb frontage that caters for the three cars with ease, allows easy access to front doors and incorporated low level dusk-till-dawn lighting with additional security lighting to alleviate the danger of the dark.
